Man Shot, Killed In Northeast Fresno Identified | Crime
We're learning more about the two men who were hit with gunfire in Northeast Fresno early Sunday morning.
Fresno police officers found 26-year-old Cedric Blair and his friend shot inside a car on Gettysburg near 11th.
Detectives believe the two were leaving a party nearby.
Blair died in the car.
Paramedics rushed the other man to the hospital, and it looks like he'll survive. His name has not been released.
